The Founder
Jennifer Montijo · Founder & Principal Advisor
Jennifer Montijo has spent more than two decades doing work that most advisors describe but few can actually perform.
Her path to this work was not linear. It moved through accounting systems and business operations, through insurance strategy and executive finance, through the kind of complex, high-stakes engagements that most specialists never encounter because they only see one piece of the picture. Each discipline taught her something the others couldn't. Together they form a perspective that doesn't exist anywhere else in a single professional.
That perspective is what she brings to every client relationship — not alone, but as the architect. Jennifer personally leads each engagement, selecting and coordinating a team of elite subject matter experts — attorneys, tax strategists, carriers, and financial specialists — chosen specifically for what each client's situation demands. You work with Jennifer. She assembles the rest.
She operates independently — licensed, unsponsored, and answerable to no carrier, no firm, and no quota. Every recommendation is shaped by one question: what is actually right for this person.
You will not be handed off. You will be known.
"Entos Advisory has never run an advertisement. Every client relationship began with a referral — someone who trusted us enough to send someone they cared about. That trust is the standard everything here is built on."
Τῷ Κυρίῳ μου — εἰς δόξαν αὐτοῦ.
מַיִם עֲמֻקִּים עֵצָה בְלֶב־אִישׁ וְאִישׁ תְּבוּנָה יִדְלֶנָּה׃
Proverbs 20 : 5
Most advisors start with a product. Most accountants start with the numbers already in front of them. Most consultants start with the problem the client already knows they have.
Jennifer starts somewhere different.
For an individual, that means understanding the full arc of a life — career history, family structure, retirement income floor, debt obligations, existing assets, dreams for the future — before a single strategy is considered. Not because this information is nice to have. Because the right financial structure cannot be designed without it. Every recommendation is engineered backward from the outcome the client actually needs, not forward from a product that fits a commission structure.
For a business, that means going into the books the way a surgeon goes into a procedure — with a complete written analysis before anything is touched. Every workflow examined. Every third-party integration assessed for errors. Every chart of accounts evaluated account by account. Training gaps identified. Duplicate data traced to its source. The system rebuilt around how the business actually operates, not around a template.
For a startup or an existing business being restructured, that means going onsite. Taking notes on the entire internal process. Watching how work actually moves through the organization before designing the accounting and operational infrastructure that captures it correctly.
This is not advisory. This is architecture.
Every inquiry is reviewed personally by Jennifer before we respond.
